Aging Process In Slow Motion
I am on day 4 now with my glutathione experiment. As I said a week ago, I was doing a trade show in a local community and met a lot of like-minded health enthusiasts. Despite the fact that I trained in medical research and phyto-nutrition, I will be the first to admit that it’s such a huge field that I don’t really think one can every be a master in this stuff.
With an open source research platform, the industry standard, there is just too much info to cover for any single entity. I went from Personal computer to a Macbook about ten months ago to be able to improve my efficiency in doing, analyzing research data and tabulating. Even with the fantastic advantage that Mac provides me with over anything in the PC world, I simply cannot keep up with all sorts of things. Due to that, I strive to focus on the significant things to me and my family. During this period of my life, it involves things that lead me to staying disease free and keeping healthy and energetic.
Those children out there – you know – the 30 year olds… who, currently think they are bullet-proof, are soon going to discover the aging effects. I was at the time one of them. I speak from experience. But eventually it catches up on you. At first it might be the eyes losing some power in your early forties. Next it’s the aches and pains in your joints. Soon cutting the grass seems as difficult as playing a basketball game used to be!
At 9 pm, you find yourself making excuses to go to sleep! And when you do, you are up four times to go to the washroom. Then 7 am comes around and you experience short changed. That was simply not enough sleep! But you get out of bed anyway, then go shower and dress for work. At the office, you’re not the dynamo you once were. You look for ways to get through the day without expending excessive energy. At three in the afternoon you are prepared for a nap at your desk!
As a boy or girl you constantly asked, “are we there yet?” while your daddy drove the car. Now you sit at your desk and still ask, “Are we there yet?” – but on this occasion you are speaking about quitting time! You get in your van and drive home, narrowly steering clear of 2 accidents. And at home you put on your sweats and flop on the couch. You’re exhausted. You are spent. You are deficient in glutathione.
I watch your heads nodding as you read what could easily have been your everyday journal. If this sounds like you, then you need to listen up. 4 days after starting to take a supplement designed to allow my body to keep its glutathione levels high, I am a changed man. The very first thing I realized was the clarity of mind. I woke up earlier than normal within the past a couple of days and I have felt good all day long. I could effortlessly go for a bike ride tonight rather than dropping onto that couch.
As a trained professional in phyto-nutrition, why did I not know regarding glutathione before this? I will do a substantial amount of study on this things, and when I do, I’ll translate what I understand into daily language that brings it home for you and i. What I know until now is very impressive indeed. I think there are going to be an explosion in marketing this product. It may just be the elixir of youth people have been searching for. What’s interesting is that it happens to be in us. It was never “out there.” We always had it, but our bodies has a tendency to destroy it faster as our bodies age. All of that is getting ready to change.
